Our Emergency Response Centre
A Sentryp subscription gives you access to our critically acclaimed 24/7 Emergency Response Centre. Used by the NHS for community nursing and over 4,000 schools over the past five years the ERC provides pro active and re-active care for your visits. Our conferencing facility enables us to offer instant Silver Command incident control, until the emergency services take over or until the incident is resolved. The conferencing facility enables us to bring key personnel into the call in line with your express escalation procedures or at your request. We bring direct access to the FCO, emergency services as well as a live database of Embassy contacts around the world.
Whilst it is highly unlikely that you will need this service, it provides a huge tick in terms of your risk assessment. We also provide access to our live country library, providing historic information and live updates.
Our pro active service monitors the worlds newswires looking for incidents that may harm or hinder our users. When an incident occurs we set up an electronic exclusion zone which warns any handset within the zone and provides ongoing updates.
